Nice location near the city center.
They should do something because of the smell of the drainsystem. Also in the bedroom the smell of the cat pee and wet used cleaning issues should dry before hiding them in the closet.

The Hotel is very well located, 5 minutes walking from the main squares and shopping streets and well connected with tram (the 28 stops just around the corner and the taxi station is in front of the hotel. Moreover there is a supermarket just around the corner, very useful to buy wather and some shampoon. We spend 3 nights in the small and cosy appartement on the top of the building. We found the personal welcoming and the place exactly what we were looking for.
Just small remarks: There is a tiny window between the bathroom and the sleepping romm without curtains. In the morning the light comes out from there and you are forced to wake up even if you like to sleep more. The shampoon were not enought for 3 days, but we didn't find annoying the fact of buying all we need in the supermarket on the corner. On the contrary we would have liked to have some extra towel for the 3rd day.

The apartment was clean and good looking. It's well equipped and very bright.
You can easily hear people in the street and coming in/out of the building. But this fact it's part of the "charm" of it: being in the heart of a Lisbon's tipical old neighborhood, and one with a lot of night life.

Well located, very clean and well furnished. Nice design. Within walking distance of Lisbon centre, also connected by the famous typical old fashioned tramways. Conveniently close to grocery stores and supermarket with large range opening hours.
A few drawbacks: 1) moisture smell in the bathroom apparently coming from the shower, 2) keys did not work very well for us, we stayed locked in for half an hour because the key would not open after locking our door from the inside (fortunately, the staff is very nice and available, after being warned, someone was there within 5 min to solve the problem). Most serious problem: outside noise can get very annoying quite late at night (until 1 or 2 am, sometimes more) due to a little bar/restaurant opposite the hotel which is often packed with students. Can be an issue when travelling with children (as we did). I would recommend this hotel for young couples or groups planning to enjoy the night life.

Great apartment, great location! Real Lisbon spot and with food shops open until late. We walked out in the morning and the trams brought us back 'home' when we were tired of walking around. Clean and well equipped apartment, way above our expectations... we will come back!! thank you

everything were well organized, location was ok
too much noise from the street and from the restaurant right below our apartment; unpleasant smell in the bathroom

Lourenco was very welcoming and gave us great tips and recommendations about where to visit in Lisbon and the outskirts. It was fantastic to have wine and crackers provided on arrival and the apartment was very spacious.

Good price, clean, helpful staff. There's a microwave, a fridge, all dishes. Located near the city center.
Very small room, unpleasant district, hard to find parking place. It was very cold in the room although aircon worked non-stop. Hot water in shower is enough only for one person, then it becomes cold... It's too noisy (across the street there's a little square where some young peaple have fun after 10 p.m.)

We really liked the studio apartment, it nice, clean and cosy. The stuff is very helpful. With public transport (bus, tram, underground everything is really close)
Be prepared for 74 steps to the studio apartment. :) Anyway, after the 2nd day you will use to it... ;)

I liked the location and the design of the appartment. Has everything you need in it for 2 pers max. Was exactly what I wanted for this trip, helped me feel a bit like if I was living in town, rather then just visiting it as a tourist.
Some little things need fixing, e.g. the lights and the smell in the building.

Completely self contained. Ideal location. Friendly staff. Suited me and my lifestyle completely.
A couple of lights were out. Missing bulbs. That was it!! I had a great stay and will recommend you to anyone. I iwll stay there again when I visit Lisbon again.
